Touch Ministry: Outreach Program National Kidney and Transplant Institute -July 13, 2024

The Lord’s Flock Touch Ministry (TM) administered an outreach program of hospital visitation, pray-over and counseling at the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) Dialysis Station located at East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City on July 13, 2024.

Prior to the event, TM Steward Ronnie Ongteco made a preliminary visit, and he was toured around the NKTI by Fr. Andrew Seo, Chaplain, and Ms. Nona Conde, Chaplain’s Secretary. He was familiarized with the staff and the place, and he provided the necessary identifications for security purposes.

The activity was started at 11:30 am, through the initiative and guidance of the Stewards, Ronnie Ongteco, Anna Del Barrio and Rosalie Gabriel. The assembly commenced at the NKTI Catholic Chapel on the 2nd floor. Ronnie earnestly led the empowerment prayer together with the commissioned members of the Touch Ministry and new members from Harvest 4. Subsequently, the ministers proceeded to the Dialysis Station to counsel and pray-over the patients.   In Mark 16:15, Jesus said “go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature; they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.”

The seven (7) NKTI patients and their families gave a heartwarming message to the Lord’s Flock Community. They expressed their appreciation for the visit and the prayers as they especially need the God’s divine healing, His embrace for their pains and His restoration of their strength. Thus, together they solemnly prayed for the grace of God to touch every part of their being, bringing about trust in Him and hope for a full and speedy recovery.

The Lord’s Flock Touch Ministers were grateful for being given the privilege to witness the gracious healing of Jesus for the patients and their families. After the closing prayer, the Touch Ministers left cheerfully, feeling blessed.

To God be the glory!
